Every page in the app
Here’s every page in the sidebar, what it’s for, and where to read more. The PostSignOff name sits at the top of the sidebar. Click it to go to the Dashboard.
What’s on every page
- The brand button is at the top left of the header. It shows the brand you’re in, and most pages show only that brand’s work. Click it to switch brands, or pick Manage brands… to open the Brands page. With no brand yet, it says Set up a brand instead.
- + Create Post is at the top right of the header. It opens the same new-post window from any page. On a phone, it shows only a +.
- Your account button sits at the far right. It shows your picture or your first initial. Click it for Profile, Billing, dark or light mode, and Sign out.
- A number on Posts tells you how many posts are waiting for your approval. A red dot on Settings means a connected account needs attention.
Make the sidebar smaller
On a computer or tablet, click « next to the PostSignOff name. The sidebar shrinks to a thin strip of icons, so the page gets more room. Rest your pointer on the strip to peek at the labels. Click » to open it all the way again. The app remembers your choice. Until you choose, it starts small on narrower screens.
On a phone
The sidebar hides to save space. A tab bar at the bottom has Dashboard, Posts, Calendar, Analytics and More. Tap More, or the menu button at the top left, to see every page. The red dot for Settings shows on More.
Pages in the sidebar

Contacts is turned off in this release, so it isn’t in the sidebar.
Inside Settings
On a computer, Settings lists its sections on the left and opens Profile first. On a phone, you get a list of sections to tap.

Screens you open from a page
A few screens aren’t in the sidebar. You get to them from another page.
- The post’s page: click any post on Posts. Here you edit each platform version, then approve, schedule, or publish it.
- A campaign’s page: click a campaign on Campaigns. Its Campaign schedule shows which post goes out when.
- The image editor: pick Edit image on a picture in Media. See Edit an image.
- The Permission to Contact form settings: click Form settings on PTC Consents. See Set up the Permission to Contact form.
