Organize posts with campaigns

A campaign is a name you attach to posts so you can filter and review them together, for example everything for a seasonal promotion or a product launch. You create and assign campaigns from inside your posts. There’s no separate campaign management page yet.

Before you start

You need at least one post open, or the Create Post dialog open, to create or assign a campaign. See Create your first posts with AI or Write a post yourself to get there.

Create a campaign from the Create Post dialog

  1. Open the Create Post dialog and expand More options.
  2. Under Campaign, select + New Campaign from the dropdown.
  3. In the New Campaign dialog, enter a Name. This is the only required field.
  4. Optionally fill in Description, Start Date, End Date, and Status (Draft, Active, Paused, or Completed). The Status field has no effect elsewhere in the app today. Nothing currently reads or displays it.
  5. Select Save.

The new campaign isn’t automatically selected on the post you’re creating. After you save it, reopen the Campaign dropdown and choose the campaign by name if you want this post to belong to it.

Assign or change a campaign on an existing post

  1. Open the post from the Content page.
  2. Find the Campaign dropdown near the top of the post’s page (it shows “No campaign” until you set one).
  3. Select a campaign from the list, or select No campaign to remove the assignment. The change saves immediately. There’s no separate save step.
  4. A confirmation toast reads “Campaign updated.”

The same assignment is also available further down the page, in the Info panel, as its own Campaign dropdown. Both controls change the same assignment, so using one updates the other.

Once a post has a campaign, its name appears as a small pill next to the post’s title on its page.

Filter by campaign

You can filter both the Content page and History by campaign.

  1. On the Content page or on History, find the Campaign filter dropdown.
  2. Select a campaign by name, or select All Campaigns to clear the filter.

On the Content page, a post’s campaign also shows as plain text in the Campaign column (desktop view only).

The Campaigns page is a preview, not a management tool

The Campaigns page in the sidebar does not let you create, edit, or delete campaigns, and it doesn’t show campaign details or posts yet. It’s a “coming soon” preview of planned features (campaign overview, generating directly into a campaign, and campaign-level results). The only ways to create or manage a campaign today are the two covered above: the New Campaign dialog inside Create Post, and the Campaign dropdown on a post’s page.

If something goes wrong

“Failed to update campaign”: The change on the post’s page didn’t save. Try selecting the campaign again. If it keeps failing, reload the page.
