View and export signed consents

See everyone who has signed your Permission to Contact (PTC) form, check whether their permission is still active, and export the full signed history as a CSV for your records.

Before you start

None. The PTC Consents page is always available, on every plan. It’s never locked or hidden behind an upgrade.

Steps

1. Open PTC Consents

Select PTC Consents in the sidebar. The page header shows how many people have a signed permission on file, for example “3 people with a signed permission on file.”

2. Read the list

Each row is one person, not one signature. The table shows:

  • History: a Show history (N) link. Select it to expand that person’s full list of signatures underneath the row. Select Hide history (N) to collapse it again.
  • Name: the person’s first and last name.
  • Brand: which of your brands collected this signature.
  • Status: a pill showing Active or Expired.
  • Expires: the date this person’s current permission runs out.
  • Allowed channels: which contact methods (for example phone, text, email, mail) they can currently be reached on.

A signed permission is valid for 12 months from the date it was signed. After that, its status changes to Expired and the person needs to sign again before you can rely on it.

3. Expand a person’s signature history

Select Show history (N) on a row to see every signature that person has given, most recent first. Each entry in the history shows its own signed date, status, expiry date, allowed channels, and coverage (which products the signature applies to).

4. Filter by brand

Use the Filter by brand dropdown to show only the people who signed under one brand. Choose All brands to clear the filter.

Filtering by brand affects the expanded history too: if you filter to one brand and then expand a person’s history, you only see that brand’s signatures for them, not everything they’ve ever signed. When a brand filter is active, you’ll see this note above the table:

Showing only records collected under one brand. Each person’s history below is filtered the same way, not their complete signed history.

And inside an expanded history, while a brand filter is active:

Filtered to one brand — this history shows only that brand’s records, not this person’s complete signed history. Clear the brand filter to see everything.

5. Search by name

Type into Search by name to filter the list to people whose first or last name matches what you typed.

6. Export the full signed history

Select Export full signed history (CSV) to download every signature as a CSV file. If you have a brand filter active, only that brand’s signatures are included.

The export is one row per signature, not per person. Expect more rows than the number of people shown on the page, since anyone who has signed more than once (for example, a renewed permission) has one row per signature.

While the export is running, the button reads Exporting….

If something goes wrong

“Could not load your Permission to Contact consents.”: The page couldn’t load your list. Refresh the page or try again in a moment.

“Could not export your consents. Check your connection and try again.”: The CSV export didn’t complete. Check your internet connection and select Export full signed history (CSV) again.

If the list is empty

  • If you haven’t applied any filters or search and no one has signed yet, you see: “No signed permissions yet. Share your Permission to Contact link to start collecting them.”
  • If your search or brand filter doesn’t match anyone, you see: “No consents match your filters.”
