Out of the box, PostSignoff cannot publish. Not “won’t by default” — can’t, until you switch publishing on. Every path to a platform runs through your approval, and the approve button itself stays locked behind any unacknowledged compliance finding.
We built the brakes before the engine, because for a licensed agent the worst feature a tool can have is surprise.
Give it a topic. It returns a fitted draft per network — punchy for X, professional for LinkedIn, community-first for Reddit — all in your brand voice: your tone, your phrases, the topics you never touch, your sign-off already budgeted into the character count so nothing overflows after your name goes on.
Don’t like a draft? Regenerate four independent alternatives and pick.
Every draft is read against your rule pack (Medicare Advantage / CMS today) before it can be approved. Findings must quote the exact sentence they’re about — a finding that can’t point to your actual words is discarded, by design. Required disclaimers are checked mechanically, every time, even if the AI review is unavailable.
When you acknowledge a finding, that acknowledgment — who, when, which version — is stored.
Generate images with your brand’s colors written into the prompt. Edit them in a non-destructive editor with platform crop presets and brand overlays — corner logo, handle, caption pill. Pull licensed stock with attribution handled.
Every asset lives in a library with a trash-and-restore lifecycle, so nothing is ever one misclick from gone.
Connected accounts publish directly to X, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok — scheduled on a drag-and-drop calendar or posted now. Where a carrier requires hand-posting, export a manual-publish package: final text, media, links, everything, ready to paste.
